DEISHA OLIVER-MILLAR, President/Owner, 2008-present
Deisha Oliver-Millar has had a long history in the Atlanta arts scene in theater, music and art gallery work. An Atlanta native, she moved back from the midwest and began working with Whole World Theatre as a microphone runner turned lighting director and box office manager from 1997-2001. With lighting design (from 1997-present) she worked on the road with numerous bands as well as lit many a corporate theater gig and presently works lighting magic for Blast off Burlesque now and again. From 2003-2006, she was the founder and artistic director of Twinhead Theatre and Performance Group, where she directed shows and even acted in a few. Ms. Oliver-Millar has also played cello for numerous bands including Osaka, Envie, American Dream, Tiger!Tiger! as well as put cello tracks down for The Selmanaires, Soulphonics and Ruby Velle, and Shathouse Rats. In her spare time, she was on the board of directors for Eyedrum from 2007-2010. On top of all of those many things, she has been acting since she was four, she geeks out with graphic design, typography and food, and she is a mommy.
Deisha had been marketing, promoting, graphic designing, planning events for arts groups and small businesses for years before she realized that perhaps she needed to create a company based around just that. Thus the birth of Bang! in February 2008.
With a strong commitment to the Atlanta arts and businesses communities, Deisha has a drive to open dialogues about the creativity of marketing and promotions regardless of industry. As much as humanly possible, Bang! strives to give back to the community through partnering with various arts groups, pro bono consultations and graphic design projects. She has a deep belief that this fine city we live in is very fine indeed.

ALMUMNUS
LENA KOTLER, Intern/Admin Assist, July 2010-July 2011
Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, Lena Kotler began her journey as a straight up Drama Club Geek. Volunteering at such austere locations as PushPush Theatre and The New American Shakespeare Tavern, Lena spent her formative teen years allowing her young mind to be molded (for the better or more likely the worse) by drunken actors debating theory and performance till 4AM at Manuel’s Tavern. In July 2010 she began the journey that has been the last year of her life as an intern with Bang! Arts Management and Promotions. Since then Lena has played the supporting role in numerous Bang! events, such as the successful El Fantasma fundraiser for PushPush.
